Steve Carroll is a Director of Capital Markets at CenterSquare, with 33 years of experience in the real asset industry. He is responsible for business development within the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and is also a member of CenterSquare’s New Product Development Committee. His past industry experience includes domestic and offshore business development, in addition to, global and regional real asset portfolio management positions at CBRE Clarion Securities and LaSalle Investment Management Securities. He was also the Chairman of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Americas Property Index Committee for approximately 10 years. Steve received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of California, and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
