Joseph Law serves as CenterSquare’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate and investment accounting and reporting processes. Joe has been integral in the development and implementation of CenterSquare’s accounting and information systems and in the administration of accounting policies and procedures to conform to industry standards and market value reporting. From 2008 – 2020, he also served as CenterSquare’s Chief Compliance Officer. During this time, Joe was instrumental in developing and implementing CenterSquare’s Compliance program.
Prior to joining CenterSquare in 2000, he spent 11 years with the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP in its Philadelphia office. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Joe was a member of the E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, where his client base consisted of several high profile private real estate companies in the Philadelphia region. Joe is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
