Megan Varano is a Vice President for CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. She drives acquisition and asset management efforts across our ESR portfolio in the Southeastern United States, where she leads the sourcing, closing, and leasing of these transactions.
Megan holds a B.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from Villanova University and earned her M.S. in Finance from The Villanova School of Business. During her tenure at Villanova, Megan was the Captain of the Women’s Basketball team. Megan is a current member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia and CREW Network’s Emerging Leaders Cohort.
