Matthew Murphy is a Senior Associate in the Private Real Estate Debt Group at CenterSquare Investment Management, formerly RCG Longview. He is responsible for deal origination, analysis and underwriting as well as asset management. Prior to joining CenterSquare in 2022, Matthew worked as an acquisitions associate at TA Realty, a privately held real estate investment company. Prior to this, he worked in the Private Equity Group at AEW Capital Management, LP, focusing primarily on real estate investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from Boston College where he was a member of the school’s football team.
