Joseph Moretti is an Associate in the Private Real Estate Debt Group at CenterSquare Investment Management, formerly RCG Longview. Mr. Moretti’s responsibilities include deal origination, analysis and underwriting as well as asset management. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Joseph was an Associate at Lotus Capital Partners, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm. He began his career in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young, focusing on real estate. Joseph holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Florida State University.
