Jeremy Rafter is an Associate, Sustainability responsible for supporting the firm’s strategy to incorporate sustainability criteria into the decision-making and management of listed and private real estate investments. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Jeremy was a Senior Sustainability Specialist at Air Products and Chemicals responsible for the company’s sustainability reporting, goals, and strategy. He previously worked in sustainability consulting, with a focus on life cycle assessment, sustainability reporting, and LEED building certification. Jeremy earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Rochester, and a Master of Environmental Science and Management from The Bren School at The University of California Santa Barbara.
