Jeffrey Reder is a Managing Director, CenterSquare’s Private Real Estate, where he has worked since 2006. In his role, Jeff serves as Portfolio Manager for both the Value-Added Fund strategy and a Separate Account relationship, overseeing a team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, financing, and executing real estate transactions across various property types nationwide. With extensive experience in real estate and investment banking, Mr. Reder previously served as Vice President at a private real estate investment firm, where he managed acquisitions, financing, asset management, and property dispositions. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in New York, ultimately becoming Vice President of Corporate Finance before returning to Southern California. Mr. Reder holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University, graduating magna cum laude. He is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, and the National Multi-Housing Council. He also serves on the Investment Committees for CenterSquare’s Private Real Estate and Essential Service Retail groups.
