Jeanny Tsou is the office Manager and Loan Servicer for our New York City office and has been with RCG/CenterSquare since 1996. As office manager, she is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and works closely alongside the team to ensure smooth maintenance and operation of the office. Jeanny also oversees onboarding for all loan borrowers into our servicing system and manages several processes such as monitoring loan invoices, payments and adjustments, and coordinating payoff letters with our legal team. She has over 2 decades of industry experience and maintains a long-standing tenure within the organization. Jeanny received her bachelor’s degree from Baruch College.
