Casey Clements is CenterSquare’s Chief People Officer, responsible for leading human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and company culture. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Casey was Chief People Officer at Vynamic, responsible for leading talent strategy across the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, retention, performance, engagement and experience. Prior to Vynamic, Casey spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company in the talent space, mostly concentrated in talent acquisition. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Gettysburg College.
