Brian Stutz is a Senior Analyst for CenterSquare Investment Management’s private real estate group. Brian joined the firm in 2022 and is responsible for underwriting and navigating the due diligence process. He was also a member of CenterSquare’s real estate securities investment team earlier in his career, holding a position as Global Equity Trader from 2018 to 2021. Prior to joining CenterSquare in 2022, Brian was a Capital Markets Analyst with JLL. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
