Brandon Bechtel joined the firm in 2023 and serves as an analyst supporting the Listed Real Estate Securities team. In his role, Brandon is responsible for conducting investment analyses and valuations for securities within his coverage. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Brandon ran his own business focusing on real estate development. Brandon graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with honors and holds a B.S. in both Real Estate and Finance.
