Andrew Lundahl serves as a Vice President for CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. He oversees acquisition and asset management efforts across our ESR portfolio and leads the sourcing, closing, and leasing of transactions on the West Coast. Andrew’s career in retail real estate began as an analyst at Larsen Baker, the largest private owner of retail real estate in Tucson, Arizona. Following Larsen Baker, Andrew moved into a brokerage role, first at Lee & Associates and later Western Retail Advisors. Immediately prior to CenterSquare, Andrew was the Managing Director of Investment Sales at Western Retail Advisors, a retail-specific brokerage with offices in Arizona and California. As a broker, Andrew has closed more than $600mm in retail sales transactions across six states.
Andrew holds a B.S. in regional development and a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. During his tenure there, Andrew was awarded the Klafter Memorial Scholarship and Rookie of the Year on the Arizona Rugby team. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
