Adam Schreiner is a Senior Vice President for CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy, based in Philadelphia. He is responsible for all aspects of managing equity and debt investments, establishing and implementing strategies, coordinating with leasing agents and other third-party resources, and analyzing and coordinating dispositions.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Adam worked for Anglo Irish Bank in Boston, where he helped manage their $10 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio. Adam holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Babson College. He is also an active member of the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University.
