Mr. Briddell has led CenterSquare through significant changes in its history, including a management buyout from BNY Mellon, the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the real estate industry, and most recently, a relocation of global headquarters to Conshohocken, demonstrating a renewed commitment to Philadelphia and its local communities.
