The Property is in an established retail node off the Loop 101 Highway within the highly sought after Arrowhead submarket. The shopping center is surrounded by Walmart and Sam’s Club with a Costco immediately to the south.
Glendale Northwest experiences approximately 33,000 VPD and the 3-mile trade area boasts a population of approximately 112,000 with an average household income of more than $111,000. The shopping center is 100% occupied by national tenants including One Stop Nutrition, First Watch, and Inchin’s Bamboo Grill in addition to several long-term local tenants. The transaction is CenterSquare’s 52nd essential service retail acquisition nationally and sixth shopping center in the Phoenix MSA. This investment further supports our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets.
