The Property is currently 62% occupied to a balanced lineup of national and regional tenants such as Firehouse Subs, Men’s Warehouse, Vitamin Shoppe and Brownlee Jewelers. This investment aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets. Shoppes at Canterbury Glen is CenterSquare’s 54th Service Property acquisition nationally and 19th in the Southeast.
