Job Overview:

CenterSquare Investment Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales Enablement to drive our sales efforts and enhance our client and prospect engagement strategies. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively communicate our value proposition, secure new business and maintain existing client relationships. The VP of Sales Enablement will collaborate with various departments to develop compelling client/prospect-facing materials, manage RFP/RFI responses, and refine our product positioning and messaging.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client and Prospect Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client and prospect marketing strategies.
  • Lead the development of persuasive RFP/RFI responses, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
  • Create and manage project management plans (PPMs) for new client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Capital Markets and Investor Relations teams to develop compelling and tailored materials.


Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with Capital Markets and Portfolio Management teams to create impactful client-facing materials, including case studies, presentations, and brochures.
  • Provide sales teams with essential sales enablement tools and resources to facilitate effective client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, such as pitch decks, brochures, and case studies, to support sales initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for sales teams on product features, benefits, and messaging.


Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Define and articulate the unique value proposition of each product.
  • Develop compelling and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure products are effectively positioned in the market relative to competitors.


Compliance and Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison to Compliance, working closely with the SVP of Communications, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, ACA Foreside, and Capital Markets team.
  • Ensure all communications and materials are aligned with regulatory requirements in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in RFP, sales enablement, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales enablement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial services and real estate markets is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
