Michael Brophy serves as Chief Compliance Officer and is currently responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance function. Michael joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Michael was a Senior Compliance Officer at TIFF Advisory Services, Inc. where he was responsible for the implementation of the compliance program, including ongoing monitoring of compliance requirements, identification of risks associated with business operations, and enhancing compliance policies, standards, and programs covering regulated activities. Previously, he served for 5 years as the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer for City of London Investment Management. Michael graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Finance. He received his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
