The Property is currently 100% occupied to several national, experienced operators such as Starbucks, Orange Theory, UPS, Great Clips, Vitamin Shoppe, and AT&T. This investment aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets. Cedar Hill Shopping Center is CenterSquare’s 50th Service Property acquisition nationally and first in the Philadelphia MSA.
