Zachary Spain is an Analyst on the Private Equity Real Estate team, responsible for providing support in underwriting and assisting the teams in the acquisition, asset management, financing and disposition of real estate investments. Zach previously held a Real Estate Capital Markets internship at The Michaels Organization and a Preferred Equity internship at Peaceable Street Capital. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
