Ritwik Rudra is a Senior Analyst for CenterSquare Investment Management’s real estate securities group. He joined in 2022 and assists the investment team by conducting full investment analyses and valuations for the securities within his U.S. REIT coverage universe. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Ritwik worked at J.P. Morgan in Equity Research and had started his own Real Estate Brokerage and Development Company. Ritwik holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business as well as a minor in Computer Science.
